How it works

1. Fill in four boxes. Hours a week, weeks in the quarter, weeks lost, and how much of your time survives the interruptions.
2. List everything that has been asked of you, including the things you already said yes to in a corridor.
3. Print it. The requests below the line are not yours to solve on your own, and now you have the arithmetic to say so.

What you get

An Excel workbook with two tabs. The instructions on the first, the planner on the second. Both print on one side of A4, and nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.
