The Solution
Zillion eLearning came up with the right and innovative solution to Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd.’s needs and requirements. Keeping the objectives of training in mind, we developed Gamified e-Course for Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd., consisting of 6 inspiring and exciting scenarios (gamified). All the games were designed using the latest industry tools keeping in mind the branding guidelines of Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd.. The modules were made interesting and engaging by adding interactivity and animations. A very unique, easy-to-understand and user-friendly interface was developed using the color scheme of Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd. branding.
The modules were self-paced with voiceover instructions. At the end of the modules, quizzes were embedded to challenge the capabilities of the participants. Scenarios were developed in Adobe After Effects. After each scenario, a quiz / activity was created to test the knowledge of participants. The interface contained “Menu” button to show the progress of the overall module. It also provided “Help” button for the learners. E-Course were SCORM-compliant and responsive.
The Results
As these courses were launched, Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd. saw an increase in the employee participation and involvement. The modules were challenging and employees took the quizzes as a point to prove their capability. Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd. were very satisfied with the modules designed by Zillion eLearning. The latest results showed that employees who took the courses had better knowledge of food safety and management. The modules were not only informative but also challenging. The voiceover kept the participant engaged and every slide could be replayed as many times as a participant wants. Konnect Labs Pty. Ltd. were able to achieve the results that they wanted from this eLearning course.
