For one Pakistani multinational, we have built 63 courses over seven years on the learning platform it already owned. We scope each project to what the organization needs to build, not to its size.

Yes. Each custom course is written for the client’s own processes and people, and our instructional designers write the storyboards before anything is produced. Courses can be built in English, in Urdu, or working in both. For organizations that want finished content sooner, Zillion eLearning also has a library of 182 courses in 9 categories, white-labelled for the client and deployed on the client’s own learning platform.

Effectiveness shows up in what people do after a course, so that is what we design for. Courses are built around practice: realistic scenarios, with a quiz or an activity after each one, instead of a list of steps to read. And we look at what happened afterwards. On the 63 courses we built for one Pakistani multinational, its people have logged over 2,200 hours of learning across the organization.

For one Pakistani multinational, we built 25 courses in the first eight months and 63 so far, used for over 2,200 hours of learning across the organization. For one of the largest international NGOs, we built six modules in English and Urdu that reach young people across Pakistan through the youth portal they already use.

Performance-driven learning starts from what someone should do differently at work after the training, and builds the course backwards from that behaviour. So the course spends its time on practice and realistic scenarios, with less space for pages of policy text. Completion still gets counted. So does whether anything changed on the job afterwards.

With courses built around the skills a role actually needs: power skills such as communication and collaboration, leadership development, technical systems training, and upskilling and reskilling when a job changes. For one Pakistani multinational, we wrote soft skills and leadership courses for its own processes and people, 25 of them in the first eight months.

Yes. Zillion eLearning designs blended learning programs that combine self-paced digital modules, live instructor-led sessions and practical assignments, so learners work with the content before, during and after the formal sessions. The online modules build the foundation. The facilitated sessions deepen it, and the assignments put it to use at work.

Technology is how a course reaches people, so we build for the platform and the device they already use. Our courses run on the client’s own learning platform: the 63 we built for one Pakistani multinational all sit on the system it already owned. For clinicians who train on whatever device is nearest, we built a menu with progress tracking that returns them to the right place after every interruption. Zillion also built ZillionLMS, a learning management system engineered and supported in Pakistan, launched in August 2026.

Yes, and it is often where a project starts. For a technical recruitment firm, we turned a classroom course into five self-paced modules. For a healthcare consultancy whose nurses travelled across the country to sit in a room, the course was rebuilt as eLearning, and nobody has to travel to take it now. We also convert existing material, including SCORM files, so you do not start again from nothing.

We start from the business problem and build the course to solve it. Executives at one technical recruitment client were hiring engineers without being able to tell a strong technical CV from a weak one. We turned the training they needed into five self-paced modules, and the client went on to make more than 100 technical hires.
